Support Request

In this area you can quickly submit a Technical Support Request.
Click on the “Support Request” button, enter your account’s user ID and password and fill in the Form that will be displayed.
Your personal data is automatically entered into the Form. You only have to select the software for which you are requesting support and enter a short description of your inquiry or problem.
Your Support Request will be sent directly to our Technical Support Department for quick and easy support.
From your personal account, you will be able to check the Support Requests you submitted and their related answers.

Software Update

Click on the "Software Update" button, enter your account’s user ID and password and a list with all the updates ready for download will be displayed (according to your active licences).
Select the updates you are interested in and then simply download them.
