S.T.A. DATA srl handles its users' data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data storage and data subject’s rights
S.T.A. DATA will retain the data until consent is revoked or within the maximum terms established by law. Tax and accounting data will in any case be retained as required by the relevant regulations.
At any time, the data subject has the right to access his or her data and request its correction, updating, portability, limitation, deletion, according to the rights set out in the regulation. Please note that requests for deletion of data are in any case limited by the regulations in force that impose obligations regarding the retention of fiscal and accounting data.
